$5,000 - Sign on bonus:
- Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
- Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable of 25 billable hours. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire with continued 25 billable hours.
Pay:
- Independent Contractor: $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification; 12 month 260 day
- W2 Salary: Salary: $ 92,000 to $103, 000 (salary range is based on BCBA experience after BCBA certification); 12 month 260 day
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday school based hours, 260 day 12 month schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
- Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
- Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
- Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
- Supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians / RBTs
Requirements
Skills:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
- RBT Supervision
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
- BCBA certification
- Working experience after BCBA certification

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- Professional Liability Insurance
(Clearances current within 12 months)
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
- TB screening - current within 3 months
Benefits
*The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
**If interested in W2 salary option: Employees scheduled for 30+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits plus other supplemental benefits.
