School Based Therapist - Seneca Valley School District

Position Summary: Attention license-eligible or clinically licensed therapists with an LPC, LCSW or LMFT! This is an exciting time to join the Glade Run School Based Mental Health Program which is enjoying tremendous expansion across Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Venango and Clarion Counties! We are looking for bright, passionate, creative mental health therapists to grow along with us. This position will work out of the Seneca Valley School District and offers full benefits, free credentialing assistance, school hours, paid time off during the school year according to the public school calendar, up to 9 weeks of paid time off during the summer months, a $500 if non licenced & $6,000 if licensed new hire incentive bonus, and the ability to earn up to $500 per quarter ($2000 annually) with productivity incentives. This position also offers the opportunity to work part-time for additional income over the summer when school is not in session at $48.00 per billable hour and $15.00 per administrative/training hour. Our therapists work an average of 4.5 -15 hours per week over the summer, which can account for an extra $1940 - $6500 in annual earnings.

Qualifications: Meets one (1) of the criteria below:

1. Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum; OR

2. Has an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). The Department will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency; OR

3. Is licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience. Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and credentialing preferred. Professional license does not include Licensed Social Worker LSW.)
