What You'll Do

Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities, following all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and district policies
Greet students and provide a welcoming, positive environment on board
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Communicate with dispatch, school staff, and parents as needed
Represent Rohrer Bus with professionalism in the community

What We're Looking For

21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, held for at least 3 years (CDL not required to apply, we'll train you)
Safe driving record
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical
Comfortable using or learning fleet and workforce technology systems such as Samsara (GPS/vehicle tracking) and Dayforce (scheduling/HR)
A reliable, safety-first mindset and genuine interest in working with students

Position Details

Part-time, Monday through Friday
Split-shift schedule aligned with school start/end times
Based out of your local Rohrer Bus terminal
Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs, enter/exit the vehicle (13"–66" off the ground), sit for extended periods, and work in varying outdoor conditions
