What you’ll do…
- Leading your school with confidence, care, and high standards
- Creating a safe, joyful, and inclusive environment
- Overseeing daily operations, licensing, and health & safety
- Building, developing, and retaining a strong school team
- Delivering outstanding education aligned to the N Curriculum
- Partnering closely with families and caregivers
- Driving enrollment, performance, and continuous improvement
- Representing N Family School within your local community
What you should have...
- Experience leading a high-quality early childhood school or center
- Strong understanding of curriculum and licensing requirements
- A passion for people leadership and team development
- Confidence managing operations, compliance, and performance
- A warm, values-led leadership style with high expectations
