School ICT Personnel

📍Location: West (Nearest MRT: Chua Chu Kang)
📅Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 (option to extend)
⏰Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursdays: 7.00AM to 4.00PM
- Fridays: 7.00AM to 4.30PM
Job scope:
- Provide technical support for daily school operations, including equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Set up, operate, and maintain the school's ICT and AV systems.
- Support e-Examinations and school-based assessments by preparing, configuring, and setting up ICT equipment.
- Manage shared student devices for teaching and learning, including charging, maintenance, deployment, collection, and readiness checks.
- Create and edit digital media content, including photos and videos, for school programmes and events.
- Assist with ICT asset inventory, stocktaking, basic maintenance, and fault reporting.
- Support the school's ICT initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant IT field
- Minimum 2 years experience in producing multimedia projects and setting-up basic audio-visual equipment
