School Maintenance Technician

At R.E.A.L. Education, our support services team plays a vital role in helping children and young adults achieve their full potential. We're looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings and grounds safe, secure and well‑maintained across multiple sites.
What You'll Do
You'll ensure our premises are always fit for purpose by:Carrying out general repairs, decorating and planned maintenanceMaintaining fixtures, fittings, equipment and the fabric of the buildingMonitoring plant, heating, ventilation and lighting systemsManaging security, including opening/locking buildings and alarm checksKeeping outdoor areas tidy, safe and hazard‑freeSupporting statutory checks such as fire alarms, emergency lighting and PAT testingHandling portering tasks, parcel deliveries, room setups and waste managementResponding to emergencies and ensuring safe, clean environmentsDriving company vehicles, including minibuses, when required
