The following teaching needs are required:
ECE110 – Language & Literacy
ECE156 – Supporting Infants & Toddlers
ECE115 – Supporting Preschool Children
ECE135 – Childhood Development II

Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree in related field required
Active RCEC Registration required
Active membership in good standing in a professional association preferred
Minimum 3 – 5 years working in the field of Early Childhood Education or related field
Minimum 1 – 2 years of teaching experience, or equivalent preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of student success strategies in a post-secondary setting
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of educational technologies; experience in the development and delivery of blended and online curriculum an asset
Highly effective communication and organizational skills
Previous experience teaching in a post-secondary setting in asset
Must be available to teach during daytime hours
Must be able to reliably commute to the College Drive Campus in North Bay, ON required

Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver and evaluate effective learning related to the course
Work closely with students and colleagues to provide an optimal learning environment
Perform all responsibilities associated with the learning environment including preparation, delivery, and evaluation of theory and practical learning activities
