Help Students Succeed. Grow With a Team That Supports You.

Behind every evaluation is a student who deserves to be understood. At Candor Consulting & Diagnostics, your expertise helps families and school teams turn that understanding into meaningful support.

We’re hiring a full-time School Psychologist who brings thoughtful assessment, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to serving students. Join a team that values your professional judgment, invests in your development, and understands that your life outside work matters, too.

Why Join Candor?

Your work makes a difference, and you deserve a workplace that supports you. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Competitive hourly pay: Starting at $55.00 per hour, with compensation for every minute you work.

  • Comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options for eligible employees.

  • Support for your future: A 401(k) plan with matching contributions for eligible employees.

  • Professional growth: Mentorship opportunities and professional development reimbursement to help you strengthen your skills and advance your practice.

  • Referral rewards: Earn up to $1,000 in referral bonuses when you help us connect with talented professionals.

  • A supportive team: Be part of a community of educators who value collaboration, student success, and the expertise you bring.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a School Psychologist, you’ll help students access the support they need to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. You will:

  • Understand student needs. Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to help determine eligibility for specialized services.

  • Make findings meaningful. Explain evaluation results to families and district personnel with clarity, compassion, and practical recommendations.

  • Turn insights into action. Collaborate with ARD committees to develop targeted, evidence-based interventions that support student performance, participation, and access to education.

  • Provide individualized services. Deliver therapy services outlined in students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Guide support through data. Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed.

  • Advocate and collaborate. Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions to support students and informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

  • A master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.

  • An active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.

  • Successful completion of a School Psychology internship.

  • Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.

Ready to Join Our Team?

Bring your expertise, compassion, and commitment to a full-time role where your work helps students move forward. We’d love to hear about your experience and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity.
