Skills description

The successful candidate will have:

• A B.Ed. or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent specialising in Science.
• Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England, with the ability to deliver engaging Science lessons across the relevant key stages. ECTs are encouraged to apply.
• A passion for delivering engaging, practical and inclusive Science learning experiences that inspire curiosity and develop scientific understanding.
• The ability to plan and deliver effective lessons that develop students' scientific knowledge, investigative skills and critical thinking.
• High expectations for student achievement, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to collaboration and continuous professional growth.
