我們正在招聘具有至少2年國際學校學生教學經驗的理科家教，能教授**高中階段（Upper School）**的AP或IB課程，包括物理、化學、生物科目。此職位適合具有扎實學科背景，並能以雙語或全英文進行教學的教師。

基本要求 | Basic Requirements

學科背景： 擁有物理、化學、生物或相關理科專業的本科或以上學位
(Bachelor’s degree or above in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related science disciplines)

教學經驗： 至少2年教授國際課程學生（IB、AP、IGCSE等）的經驗
(Minimum 2 years of experience teaching international school students in AP, IB, or IGCSE curricula)

授課科目： 精通並能教授下列至少一門或多門課程：
(Able to teach one or more of the following subjects proficiently:)

IB Physics / Chemistry / Biology (SL & HL)

AP Physics (1, 2, C: Mechanics / E&M)

AP Chemistry / AP Biology

A-Level or IGCSE equivalents (如有)

語言能力： 能以英文授課，有良好的中英文溝通能力者更佳
(Fluent in English; bilingual capability in Chinese and English is a strong plus)

優先考慮 | Preferred Qualifications

有國際學校教學經驗（如在IB學校、AP學校任教）
(Teaching experience in international schools)

熟悉IB或AP考試評分標準與備考策略
(Familiar with IB/AP exam structures, grading rubrics, and test-taking strategies)

有1對1教學、在線授課經驗者佳
(Experience with 1-on-1 tutoring or online teaching is a plus)

能針對不同學生制定個性化教學計劃與學習策略
(Ability to customize lesson plans based on individual student needs)
