Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Analyst - Your next role at Mars?

Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Analyst will maximize opportunity & minimize risk by guiding business decisions based on scientific & regulatory insight and provide appropriate governance structure.

You will work closely with the other Internal Audit Managers to execute audits and will keep the Audit Senior Manager informed of progress and issues as necessary.

In this key role, you will work on...

  • Coordinate product sampling required by any country requested.

  • Coordinate the sanitary documents and any regulatory requests for exportations to other business units

    and distributors when needed.

  • Contribute opening new routes to new importer countries.

  • Prepare regulatory documentation to send samples to any country that requires them.

  • Registration of national and imported products respecting the launch plan (follow up).

  • Implementation of current regulations (compliance of the company).

  • Technical monitoring and maintenance of all current products in SENASA.

  • Verification of the legal texts of the packagings (labeling) and participation in the validation process of national claims.

  • Support technical requests from Senasa by technical substantiation.

  • Contribution for the registration of export products through the communication of the registration status of national products.

  • Registration and maintenance of the qualification of warehouses and processing plant based on the application of current regulatory standards

  • Coordinate translations when needed and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.

You?

  • 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, public policy or Trade Association related field.

  • University Degree or equivalent in a technical area, such as Veterinary Medicine.

  • Intermediate English required, will be tested.
