Advance Drug Discovery Through Cutting-Edge Bioanalysis

What You'll Do

Are you passionate about advancing drug discovery through innovative bioanalytical science? We're seeking a Scientist I/II to join our growing Discovery DMPK team. In this role, you'll contribute to critical in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) and in vitro ADME studies, supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients as they develop the next generation of therapeutics. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical scientist with LC-MS/MS expertise who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced contract research environment where scientific excellence and client service go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scientifically sound studies that support sponsor and internal research objectives.
  • Perform sample analysis for Discovery DMPK studies, including in vivo PK and in vitro ADME programs.
  • Execute and optimize LC-MS/MS assays following established development guidelines.
  • Review and execute study protocols while ensuring data integrity and scientific quality.
  • Author protocols, technical reports, and study summaries.
  • Process, analyze, interpret, and review scientific data.
  • Troubleshoot analytical methods and resolve technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with scientists, project managers, laboratory personnel, vendors, and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Study Director (SD) within areas of expertise, as appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacokinetics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on LC-MS/MS (Mass Spectrometry) experience.
  • Experience supporting bioanalysis across diverse molecule types.
  • Knowledge of in vivo pharmacokinetic studies.
  • Strong scientific writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

  • Use standard laboratory equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including laboratory coats, gloves, and safety eyewear.
