YOUR ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and drive effective Construction strategy that is reflective of organizational goals.
• Lead sourcing on Renovation of existing sites and Construction of new investments globally either as Greenfield or Brownfield
• Build trust with and manage stakeholders, work with cross functional organization in the delivery of strategic construction sourcing.
• Monitor the supply markets and adapt the sourcing strategy.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to advance value add of Indirect sourcing organization.
• Monitor and manage budgets to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements while ensure compliance to corporate governance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance ensuring adherence to business activities and timelines.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Experience in indirect sourcing, preferably within construction, renovation, or CAPEX projects.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing activities for greenfield and brownfield investments.
• Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiations, and budget control.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, global environments.
• Ability to monitor supply markets, manage risks, and drive continuous process improvements.
