SCM digital development project management

1. SCM Project Management– Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal function members for SCM system and process enablement, including process blueprint solutioning, critical process decision making, on-time execution, ROI assessment, resource allocation / prioritization.
2. SCM Process Definition & Standardization – Manage data integration projects based on business models; define and integrate core processes for order, logistics, and information flow, working with cross-functional teams (e.g., AM, CF, procurement, planning, logistics, IT) globally in HQ and manufacturing sites.
3. Digital Tools Development – Leverage Python, Power tools to create analytics, process automation, and visual dashboards; continuously explore and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance cross-functional collaboration and operational performance.
4. Data Governance - establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the policies, practices, and frameworks that ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant data throughout the supply chain
5. Data Analysis – validating data accuracy and interpreting what the data represents in real operations, using data-driven analysis to map as-is processes with operational users and recommend optimized to-be supply chain processes.
