As a Senior Associate in SCM Inventory, PIM, and Cost Accounting, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle technology solutions that enhance their business operations. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will be at the forefront of transforming client systems and processes, leveraging your skills to drive impactful results. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others through complex challenges. You will use your problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality work. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business requirements to develop Oracle technology solutions
- Implementing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for efficient application design
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to create insightful reports and dashboards
- Integrating Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and scalability
- Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize business operations
- Collaborating with teams to drive strategic technology planning and execution
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in business transformation projects
- Applying analytical thinking to solve client challenges and deliver impactful solutions
- Facilitating process optimization to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine project deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for innovative solutions
- Developing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher reports for strategic insights
- Embracing change and driving business transformation initiatives
- Analyzing complex data for process improvement and optimization
- Demonstrating strategic technology planning in client support environments
