1. Build the team by recruiting, education, motivation and retaining to maintain the high performance level
2. Lead and manage the SCM team by setting targets and execution plan to drive the team to achieve targets
3. Develop and manage a fast, cost-effective and efficient multinational supply chains
4. Lead the team to establish local supply base and make best strategy and practice of SCM
5. Risk management of supply chain.
