Description
Under supervision of nurse in charge of unit, provides personal care to the residents, including routine nursing care in accordance with facility policy and procedures. CNA will also assist nurse in more complex nursing care of residents as requested and help maintain a pleasant, orderly physical environment. All duties must be done in a kind, considerate, gentle manner, with resident rights considered in all interactions.
