Summary of Performance Expectations
Provides screening services at CVHS facility entrances. Includes customer service responsibilities such as providing directions, explaining hospital protocols, and ensuring only appropriate personnel and visitors enter CVHS facilities. If needed, may assist with collection of samples at testing site.

Required:
High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer application skills.

Required:
No previous experience required. Given training and on-the job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of job within three months of employment date.
Preferred:
Customer service occupation experience.
