Scrum Master / Agile Technical Lead
Summary

Your Profile (Mandatory Requirements)
• BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar leadership role within software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles.
• Previous hands-on experience in software development or software testing.
• Experience working with C#/.NET-based environments.
• Understanding of the full software product lifecycle, from requirements to release and maintenance.
• Experience working within quality-controlled development environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with desktop application technologies such as WPF or WinForms.
• Experience from regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharma, Life Science, Diagnostics, Industrial Automation, or similar.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven development environments and software validation practices.
• Experience working with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Knowledge of modern AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
• Experience from large-scale product development organizations with multiple agile teams.
