Scrum Master

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a passion for facilitating teams to achieve their goals. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through the Scrum process, ensuring that Agile principles are adhered to and that the team is functioning at its highest potential. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. - Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance their understanding and execution of Scrum. - Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized. - Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor team performance and provide insights to stakeholders regarding team dynamics and project progress. - Support the team in achieving their goals and maintaining a high level of motivation and engagement. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. - Experience in the payments industry is a plus. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
