Who you are:
In your new role as a PM/Scrum Master, you will be entrusted with the dual responsibilities of steering project management initiatives and championing Agile/Scrum methodologies within the development team. Your organizational prowess and proactive nature will be crucial as you define project scopes, set objectives, and pinpoint deliverables in unison with stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage project stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and their input is incorporated.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including planning sessions, status updates, and reviews.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible.
- Manage project changes and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Track and report on project performance metrics.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Mentor the team in Scrum principles and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Remove obstacles impeding the team's progress and shield them from disruptions.
- Promote a self-organizing and cross-functional team dynamic to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and communicate team performance through metrics like sprint burndown charts and team velocity.
What you need:
- 8+ years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and proficiency in project management software.
- Experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, and successful delivery track record.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, drive decision-making, and navigate conflict resolution.
- Technical proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, JFrog Artifactory, AWS Cloud Services, and open-source OpenCTI application.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, STIX2, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, and integration of AI services.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
