Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate all Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach the team and wider organisation on Scrum, Kanban and agile principles
- Identify and remove impediments blocking the team's progress, escalating where necessary
- Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, well-refined backlog and clear sprint goals
- Track and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time); drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in software delivery, including hands-on Scrum Master experience
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and scaled-agile frameworks
- Experience with agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence
- Scrum certification (e.g. PSM, CSM) preferred
