Scrum Master/ Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst with a strong technical understanding and proven experience working in agile delivery environments. This hybrid role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with business analysis, application support coordination, testing, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery, operational support, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications across multiple markets.

• Budget: 100 – 120 PLN net/ h - b2b

• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Project scope:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for the Core Team

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews

• Ensure Scrum principles and Agile best practices are followed

• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals

• Handle and coordinate Level 3 and Level 4 support tickets

• Investigate and support the resolution of complex functional and technical issues

• Test bug fixes and technical/functional enhancements prior to production deployment

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Prepare functional documentation to support technical studies and development initiatives

• Coordinate application roll-outs and deployments across multiple markets

• Work closely with business stakeholders representing each market

• Ensure effective communication between business users, development teams, and support teams

Competence demands:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar roles

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within international organizations

• Experience supporting business-critical applications and coordinating releases

• Scrum Master certification

• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to execute simple queries

• Basic Linux skills, including: connecting to servers via SSH, copying files using SCP

• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including: Azure DevOps, GitLab

• Experience testing application enhancements and defect fixes

• Nice to have: basic knowledge of Grafana (ability to retrieve and analyze logs)

• Very good command of English
