Scrum Master
Summary
Scrum Master facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint execution, and Agile coaching for two software development teams at a banking client in a SAFe-aligned environment. Hybrid role (2-3 days/week in office) in Warsaw or Gdansk, B2B contract paying up to 155 PLN/hour net + VAT.

Your Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices across both teams
Support delivery planning, sprint execution, and progress tracking
Ensure transparency, predictability, and high-quality delivery
Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team performance
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners to maximize value delivery
Support implementation and adoption of Ways of Working, tools, and Agile frameworks
Collaborate with the Technology Product Lead (TPL), who also serves as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and oversees Hub operations and Run-the-Bank activities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong experience working in Agile environments, preferably within SAFe
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience supporting software development teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong coaching and servant leadership mindset
Proven ability to drive results through team empowerment
Team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Scrum Master, SAFe, or other relevant Agile certifications
Experience working within complex enterprise or banking environments
Previous exposure to Pega- or Java-based development teams
