Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide agile teams in delivering value, strengthening methodological practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide, design, and coordinate the establishment of OKRs for assigned teams
• Ensure delivery of value and adherence to agile governance standards
• Oversee the team's methodological operations and standardized practices
• Cultivate a healthy team culture and promote continuous improvement
• Keep the team focused on value generation in line with the Agility Playbook
• Provide guidance to teams during transformation projects
• Design and implement value stream systems
• Map and analyze value streams for process optimization
• Apply Kanban principles to eliminate waste and improve workflows
• Mentor team members on agile methodologies
• Manage conflicts and support team empowerment

Requirements

• Professional degree in Technology, Business Engineering, Process Management, or related fields
• Certification in Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Kanban, Lean, XP, Management 3.0, Lean Change Management, Project Management, or Software Development
• More than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Kanban, Lean, Scrum, and XP
• Background in Project Management and psychosocial occupational risk management
• Understanding of software architecture, DevOps, and the technology solution lifecycle, including development and QA
• Skills in communication within modern and evolving environments
• Competency in conflict management, team empowerment, and practical innovation
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and results-oriented work approaches
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
