Overview We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise to lead Agile teams in delivering high‑quality products through Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure adherence to SAFe frameworks, remove impediments, and enable continuous improvement across teams and programs. Key Responsibilities Scrum & Agile Delivery Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. Guide teams in applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe guidelines. Ensure teams maintain sprint commitments, velocity tracking, and quality standards. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain a healthy product backlog. Support estimation, PI Planning, story splitting, and capacity planning. SAFe Framework Responsibilities Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART-level syncs. Align team deliverables with the Agile Release Train (ART) roadmap. Coordinate dependencies with other teams, System Architects, and Product Management. Ensure compliance with SAFe processes, including ART readiness and inspect & adapt sessions. Team Coaching & Leadership Coach the team on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement. Identify and remove blockers to keep the team focused and productive. Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration. Drive adoption of Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing). Stakeholder Management Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross‑functional leaders to ensure alignment. Provide regular reports on team performance, risks, and progress.
