Scrum Master (Hybrid) - Start ASAP!
Salary: ₱85,000 – ₱115,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile principles and best practices to improve team maturity and productivity.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements.
Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team’s progress.
Track and report team metrics to stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and accountability within the team.
Serve as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Support organizational Agile transformation efforts and promote Agile adoption beyond the Scrum team.
Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and organizational standards.
Lead agile squads for delivery, resolve impediments, work with Product Owner on product backlog, coach Agile ways of working, support project delivery, and handle multiple squads within a value stream.
