Local ( distrito, região): Lisboa Função: Scrum MasterNível: Jr Data de início: ImediatoDuração da contratação: 1 anoInglês B2Português e Espanhol - Opcional Requirements:- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role- Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM)- Experience facilitating multidisciplinary agile teams;- Ability to identify impediments, promote their resolution, and monitor the implementation of improvement actions;- Strong focus on delivering value and continuous improvement;- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and evolving Agile practices;- Good technical knowledge that allows for effective interaction with development teams and support for decision-making;- Proactive profile, with high initiative and execution capacity. • Deliverables:- All expected deliverables for the previous level;- Configuration and analysis of simple reports and indicators;- Identification of direct causal relationships between team practices and impacts on team delivery/efficiency;- Proposal and monitoring of concrete improvement actions based on metrics and team observation;- Promoting the adoption of Agile best practices and supporting the development of team maturity;- Anticipating risks, impediments, and dependencies, ensuring their follow-up until resolution;- Actively contributing to improving the predictability, quality, and efficiency of deliverables.
