Digital Hangar (DH) is dedicated to enhancing the passenger’s experience across every stage of the journey. Our primary focus is on projects within the Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, and Brussels Airlines), including main web portals, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and B2B platforms. Additionally, we develop our own R&D-driven solutions through various Hangar initiatives.

Who are you?

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role within a different Agile framework (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).

• Basic understanding of the SAFe framework.

• Familiarity with Kanban principles and workflows,.

• Practical experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro.

• Open-mindedness, creativity, and a growth mindset.

• Strong communication skills and an outcome-focused approach.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.

• A strategic mindset and a strong drive for innovation.

• Customer-service orientation and a proactive, assertive approach.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in a business context.

• Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate.

• Readiness for occasional international travel to client locations.

• Establishing a culture of openness, trust, and transparency.

• Supporting product management and teams through organizational changes.

• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters.

• Leading or contributing to special initiatives as needed.

  • Senior position 10 000 - 21 000 zł gross (contract of employment)

  • Standard position 8 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
