Scrum Master

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scrum Master to join our team. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively and efficiently.
Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
Coach the Product Owner on maximizing value and refining the Product Backlog.
Guide the organization in its adoption of Scrum, helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact empirical product development.
Lead the team in continuous improvement efforts, leveraging retrospectives to enhance processes, tools, and team dynamics.
Promote transparency by ensuring clear communication of team progress, challenges, and metrics to all relevant stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the Scrum Team and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Collaborate with HR business partners, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of HR technology projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team, preferably within an HR or enterprise systems context.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum)
Experience with .NET development environments and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
