Scrum Master

Agile Delivery

• Operate as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and execution of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks impacting team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning and improvement.

Timeline Management and Coordination

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owner, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and Vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and external vendors while driving successful project outcomes.

Other requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience working with Agile teams
• More than 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Possesses relevant Scrum Master certifications (CSM)
• Versatile with software development processes and methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Working experience in using project management software to track, monitor, and reporting of project progress and producing reports
• Proven record in managing external contractors and monitoring and reporting progress
