Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.

• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

• Track team performance, sprint progress, and key Agile metrics.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support multiple Agile teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Previous experience working in a SaaS company is required.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile frameworks.

• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
