We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong delivery coordination experience to join a large-scale Data Centre Migration programme. The role combines Agile team facilitation with ownership of a defined workstream, ensuring structured, predictable delivery within a complex enterprise transformation environment. This is not a pure Scrum role. It requires a balance of Agile coaching, delivery control, risk management, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity and delivery
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate and transparent tracking of work in Jira
  • Support a culture of accountability, quality, and delivery discipline
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Managers, and Project Managers
  • Define and align deployment timelines for releases within the programme
  • Identify risks and define mitigation strategies across the delivery stream
  • Coordinate and monitor the schedule of the assigned migration workstream
  • Support Agile governance and delivery standards across the organisation

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with development teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience identifying risks and driving mitigation actions
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to work onsite
Nice to have
  • Scrum certifications such as PSM or CSM
  • Experience in infrastructure, migration, or transformation programmes
  • Experience working with Release Managers and PI planning structures
  • Exposure to enterprise Agile governance and reporting
