Scrum master/ Product owner with BA experience

Role Summary:

A professional with over 8 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Analyst (BA) is well-equipped to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This individual plays a crucial role in Agile project management, facilitating Scrum processes, defining product vision, and ensuring that the product meets business requirements and delivers value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scrum Master Duties:

    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
    • Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
    • Remove impediments to ensure the teams progress.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  2. Product Owner Duties:

    • Define and prioritize the product backlog.
    • Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
    • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
    • Ensure the development team understands the product goals and scope.
    • Make decisions regarding the product features, scope, and priorities.
  3. Business Analyst Duties:

    • Conduct detailed analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Create and manage requirement documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
    • Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the business and technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
    • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Familiarity with requirements management tools.
  • Experience:

    • 8+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Analyst.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
    • Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus.
    • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Education:

    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
