Scrum Master
Salary: $110 - $130 per hour including super
- 9 + 12 + 12-month contract

Our client, an economic regulator accelerating carbon abatement for Australia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master.
Duties of the Scrum Master
- Lead and facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including Refinements, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives;
- Ensure planned work is feasible within the allocated timeframes, and constraints are considered when planning;
- Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress, utilise the escalation process to unblock the team and foster an environment of continuous flow and relentless improvement;
- Partner closely with Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners and Delivery Teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align team efforts with external needs;
- Ensure that product backlog and relevant team and program level reporting is kept up to date and accurate.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3+ years demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead for a multi-disciplinary team, working across digital products and / or software design and delivery;
- Excellent knowledge and application of Scrum and Kanban techniques and artifacts;
- Execute product delivery and follow ways of working in line with the Scaled Agile Framework, Digital Experience Policy, Scrum and Kanban;
- High level of proficiency with Azure DevOps and Miro and/or Figma;
- Related Agile / SAFe certifications.
Desirable Criteria
- Demonstrated awareness and practical application of ITIL-aligned service management practices.
