About the role
As a servant leader and delivery enabler, you'll help teams apply agile principles in a complex, evolving technology environment — creating transparency around progress and risk, facilitating alignment, and supporting continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement
Coach teams on Scrum principles, self-management, and continuous improvement
Support Product Owners in maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog
Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery
Make risks, dependencies, and constraints visible, and facilitate timely decisions
Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into progress and forecasts
Facilitate delivery for teams building workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions
Foster collaboration across engineers, automation specialists, data/AI practitioners, and business users
Run retrospectives that produce practical, measurable improvements
About you
3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on software/digital product teams
Practical knowledge of Scrum and agile delivery practices
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams through Scrum events
Ability to influence without direct authority
Experience working with distributed/global teams
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and automation
Availability for meaningful overlap with North America business hours
