Leads an IT development team using Scrum/Agile practices, coaching members on self-organization and removing obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
- Keep the scrum team productive.
- Facilitate training and learning to help others understand the scrum methodology and framework.
- Work to remove and impediments or roadblocks that obstruct the scrum teams goals.
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
- This person should personify Scrum and Agile Conduct all scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos.
- Minimum 5+ years of Business Project Management or equivalent experience in the total Project Management life cycle with increasing levels of complexity.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile Scrum approach.
- Strong leadership and organization skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills.
