Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in Agile project management and knowledge of the Life Sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Facilitate sprint execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Remove blockers and support the development team.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance.
• Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed.
• Support projects related to Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain experience.

Good to Have

• CSM / PSM certification.
• Experience in clinical trials, drug development, R&D, or regulatory projects.
• Knowledge of GxP, FDA, and compliance processes.
