Scrum Master

We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master who knows how to keep distributed teams aligned, facilitate effective Agile delivery, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
This role goes beyond facilitating ceremonies. You’ll work closely with the team and the client, help align expectations, manage change, and continuously improve the way the team delivers.
What you’ll be working on:
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting day-to-day Agile processes
Acting as the main link between the team and client stakeholders
Managing team capacity, tracking velocity, and maintaining a healthy backlog
Supporting continuous improvement and team development
Resolving conflicts and fostering a psychologically safe team environment
Maintaining process documentation and consistency
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Proven experience working with distributed, remote teams
Hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean / Lean Startup, or XP
English B2+/C1 — confident communication with European client stakeholders is essential
Conversational German — ability to communicate in German in a work-related context
Willingness to travel to Germany or Poland occasionally if required by the project
Relevant certifications are a strong plus: PSM I, SAFe Agilist, Agile PM, or Senior Scrum Master (PMI)
