Project

Responsibilities you'll have

• Lead strategic architectural discussions aimed at reducing complexity, improving organizational agility, and enhancing cost efficiency
• Ensure a deep understanding of the current and future IT landscape (applications and infrastructure), identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Design and govern end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
• Create and maintain solution design documentation including process flows, system diagrams, and data models
• Translate business requirements into architectural concepts with a strong focus on financial services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and architecture community to ensure alignment on technical standards and delivery goals
• Drive risk mitigation strategies and support secure solution delivery

Expected competences and knowledge

• 10+ years of experience in IT Architecture including 3+ years as a Senior IT Architect
• Strong ability in solution design, process modelling, and system architecture diagrams
• Proven experience in translating business needs into technical architecture, preferably in Retail Banking / financial services
• Excellent communication skills in English with experience working in international environments
• Strong knowledge of frontend–backend integration patterns
• Experience with integration frameworks (REST, Kafka)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and micro frontends
• Experience with process automation platforms (Pega)
• Knowledge of modern application frameworks (Angular, React)
• Proactive mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
• Nice to have: experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
