Service Desk - L1 Voice Support (Technical Support Executive)
Level: L1
Experience: 6 Months to 3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Role: He/she will be responsible in providing 100 % voice support to the clients and online technical resolution.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Voice based Technical support experience in a global environment
• Basic technical knowledge of PCs
• Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
• Technical knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The willingness to work in a 24*7 environment
SELECTION CRITERIA
Grammatical Written Test :
For written grammar test, candidate will be evaluated on below mentioned parameters:

4. Adjectives
V&A :
For voice & accent round, candidate should possess following:
1. Good command on English Language
