SDE 3 - Fullstack, Backend

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in full-stack development and significant backend ownership.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend application development.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and system design principles.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Redis, caching strategies, message queues, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern deployment practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to independently own features and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.

Preferred Technical Areas:

• Backend Engineering: Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, REST APIs and microservices, distributed systems and event-driven architecture, Redis, message queues, and caching, database design and optimization
• Frontend Engineering: React.js and Next.js, JavaScript and TypeScript, state management and reusable components, responsive web application development, and frontend performance optimization.
• Platform and Integrations: Third-party API and CRM integrations, webhooks and asynchronous workflows, cloud infrastructure and deployment, monitoring, logging, and observability.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, or AI-based product features.
• Experience working with real-time communication platforms, including voice, video, or RTC.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with high-traffic, low-latency, and performance-critical applications.
• Open-source contributions or participation in engineering communities.
