Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in SDET, QA automation, or software engineering with a strong testing focus.
• Strong internships count if the work was meaningful.
• Hands-on automated testing experience in Java using RestAssured or similar Java automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of unit testing, mocking, test data management, reusable test design, and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Understanding of the testing pyramid and the ability to reason about unit vs. integration vs. E2E coverage.
• Basic Git fluency: branches, PRs, diffs, commits, and code review etiquette.
• Experience with at least one CI/CD platform, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Ability to read application code and identify what should be tested.
• Strong attention to detail and root-cause mindset; does not simply re-run flaky failures until they.
