Strong technical grounding in:

• API testing (Postman, RestAssured preferred)
• Database testing (joins, CRUD operations, transactions)
• Java Coding Exp
• Selenium ( hands-on automation )
• Troubleshooting scenarios across UI API DB

Ownership mindset

• Candidate should be able to analyze bugs deeply
• Justify why something is a defect even if developers disagree
• Participate in Agile ceremonies confidently

Practical problem-solving

• Ability to solve real-time coding/logic problems
• Clear explanation of approach

Communication skills

• Confident and structured responses
• Not slow or unsure
