SDET II Automation

You will develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites for UI and API layers. You will write and execute BDD and TDD tests, design performance tests, and use automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Rest Assured, and TestNG. You will collaborate on test strategies, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, debug issues, and improve test coverage and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for UI and API layers.
• Write and execute automated tests using BDD and TDD methodologies.
• Design and execute performance tests.
• Use automation testing tools including Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Rest Assured, and TestNG.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to build test strategies.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug and resolve testing lifecycle issues.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and test coverage.

Requirements

• Experience automating API tests with tools such as Playwright and Rest Assured.
• Hands-on experience with BDD and TDD frameworks, including Cucumber and JUnit or TestNG.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and understanding of debugging and optimizing test processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or other version-control and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for automation scripts and modern web technologies.
• Experience with Docker for containerization and test environments.
• Proficiency with Linux-based environments for testing and troubleshooting.
