Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test automation strategies for complex software products.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and production-grade test suites.
• Develop automation using Python and object-oriented programming.
• Integrate automation with Robot Framework, Jenkins, and Git.
• Run, maintain, and triage automated regression suites and reports.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate automation tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing aligned with business priorities.
• Review automation code and ensure production-level quality.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Support, and Escalation teams.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to technical hiring.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in software product automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and OOP.
• Experience building automation frameworks, custom libraries, and test suites.
• 2+ years of Robot Framework experience.
• Experience integrating automation with Jenkins and Git.
• Strong understanding of automation architecture, strategy, and frameworks.
• Experience testing complex, scalable, and reliable software products.
• Exposure to both functional and non-functional testing.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• BE/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
