Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
- Write efficient and reusable automated test scripts for web applications.
- Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze results.
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and test scenarios.
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Improve automation coverage and reduce manual regression efforts.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and QA strategy discussions.
- Maintain automation reports and provide test metrics.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation.
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java / Python / C#.
- Experience with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest frameworks.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns (Page Object Model preferred).
- Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber / SpecFlow).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
- Experience testing microservices architecture.
- Basic knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
