Sales Development Representative – NDIS Registration Consultancy
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support an NDIS Registration Consultancy through fast-turnaround lead qualification, outbound calling, and appointment setting.
This is an on-site position. The successful candidate will engage Australian prospects, qualify web leads, follow up on open quotes, and book strategy calls for the Director.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Response
- Call 40 to 80 new web leads per week within 5 minutes of arrival.
- Respond promptly to new inbound leads and initiate qualification calls.
Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting
- Ask 5 script-based qualification questions.
- Grade leads as A, B, or C based on the established qualification process.
- Book A-grade prospects into 20-minute strategy calls with the Director.
Quote and Backlog Follow-up
- Execute phone follow-ups on open quotes according to the following schedule:
- Day 1
- Day 5
- Day 8
- Day 14
- Day 1
- Work through a backlog of approximately 150 older leads.
CRM and AI Tool Utilization
- Log every call in the browser-based CRM.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for documentation and reporting.
Script Compliance
- Follow established call guardrails strictly.
- Do not quote exact prices.
- Do not name competitors.
- Do not reference client lists.
Use only the approved pricing statement:
"Most people land between two and three thousand, Simon gives you the exact number on the call."
Performance Targets
- Daily outbound calls: 60 to 80 dials per day
- Daily completed conversations: Target of 12+ completed calls per day
- Daily bookings: Target of 3 to 5 booked strategy calls per day
Working Hours and Schedule
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney time, Monday to Friday
- Schedule includes daylight saving time adjustments
- Lunch Break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sydney time
- Total Working Hours: 9 working hours per day / 45 hours per week
- Holidays: Australian public holidays aligned with the client's local timezone
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Infrastructure
Experience
- Minimum 12 months of outbound calling or appointment setting experience
Communication Skills
- Clear, natural spoken English
- Able to communicate with Australian nurses and support workers in an approachable and professional manner
Work Setup
- Must work on-site
Role Summary
This role is focused on outbound sales development, inbound lead response, lead qualification, appointment setting, quote follow-up, CRM documentation, and consistent adherence to established calling scripts and performance targets.
