Junior Sales Development Representative with English & Polish

We are looking for a driven Polish- and English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an international sales team and help identify and develop new business opportunities across the CEE region.

This role offers the opportunity to build experience in modern B2B sales, work in an international environment and develop your skills through hands-on coaching and continuous learning.

Hybrid: Gdansk

Your Role

Based in our Gdańsk office, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact and building a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.

• Account Research: Identify relevant companies and map key decision-makers.
• Outreach: Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Lead Qualification: Assess potential customers and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Pipeline Building: Qualify leads and schedule business meetings for Account Executives.
• Sales Development: Continuously develop your B2B sales skills through coaching, training and practical experience.

Who Are You?

• Fluent Polish: You are comfortable conducting business conversations in Polish.
• Strong English: You can confidently communicate with international colleagues and clients in English.
• Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, outbound sales, business development, lead generation or an SDR/BDR role.
• Resilience & Drive: You are self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable with the challenges of outbound sales.
• Curiosity: You enjoy learning about different businesses, understanding customer needs and identifying potential solutions.
• Communication Skills: You are confident initiating conversations with new people and building professional relationships.
