SEA Country Manager (Coating / Chemicals)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Southeast Asia business strategies aligned with regional and global objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, budgeting, EBITDA growth, margin optimisation, cost efficiency and cash conversion cycle.
• Drive sales growth, identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers, uppliers and partners
• Oversee and improve production, supply chain and distribution operations to enhance efficiency, competitiveness and business performance.
• Champion commercially viable product and process development initiatives, driving innovation, sustainability and successful market commercialisation.
• Ensure legal entity governance, regulatory compliance, EHS standards and appropriate organisational controls to safeguard business operations.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, establish effective organisational structures and drive accountability towards business KPIs.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Chemical Engineering or related field
• At least 15 years of related experience with 5 years in management
• Prior experience in Chemical Manufacturing MNC
• Strong Leadership
